The Braves beat the Phillies 18-6 on a beautiful May morning. Home Runs by Frank Spada, Bill Kaliris, and Jared Bernis powered the Braves offense. Bernis's home run completed the cycle for the Braves catcher. Matt Brown and Daniel Appleby also had 4 hits apiece. The Braves take the yearly head to head match up with the Phillies 2-1 in 2009.
