The Braves sent crafty Darren Parker to the hill and he pitched two great innings. The Phillies Crowell and Connor Smith combined for 4 innings of shut out baseball striking out 8 of the 12 outs. The Braves Steven Stromski, Jackson Marusich and Matt Starek collected big base hits. The Phillies pushed across 9 more runs with huge hits from Saoirse Connolly, Daniel Cunningham, Garrett Fogarty, Darwin Anderson and Sean Prendergrast. The Braves played well defensively with Justin Smith and Ryan Pasco catching fly balls in the outfield. The infield was solid with Connor Allwood, Justin Parker, Jay Tucci and Matt Ingalls making plays. The Braves Nick Chan pitched well in relief and the Phillies defense was anchored by Billy Muzerol, Mike Polcari and Luke Van Veen.
